1. A short message from our founder
Abundant Life – Part One
INTRODUCTION:
Dear SALMI family,
I would like to briefly share with you about abundant life, beginning with Part One this month.
Abundant life is like overflowing water from a well that nourishes the dry grasses around it, making them green and causing them to grow. In the same way, our Father wants us to be filled with joy at all times and to grow to be Christ-like in our daily lives, serving God and others.
First of all, we need to grow in the love of God the Father. Our Father loves us just as He loves His Son. Jesus also loves us to the very end. The Word of God says:
"I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me" (John 17:23).
“Now before the Feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that this hour had come to depart out of this world to the Father, having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end” [John 13:1].

2. Update from India:
Pastor Peter is a devoted missionary pastor serving the refugee in Mizoram, India He compassionately addresses the physical, mental, and spiritual needs of the residents, ensuring they feel and cared for. With heartfelt prayers, we hope that the individuals in his mission field will thrive in the love of Jesus Christ and find strength in their faith.
3. Update from Myanmar:
The mission fields in Myanmar are gearing for a joyful Christmas celebration, recognizing it as a wonderful opportunity to share the gospel with non-believers. At Abundant Life Center in Kyaiklat and SALM Kalay training school are dedicated to nurturing their students, focusing on both spiritual growth and academic excellence. Their commitment creates a supportive environment where students can thrive and embrace the true meaning of the season. This Christmas, they aim to inspire hope and faith in every heart they touch.
